Last Friday night was session number two for our white collar participants. A large turnout again and a high tempo session, at which everyone impressed.
A good run was followed by a session of skills training, finished off with a bag “punch out”.
It was also time for everyone to get used of the gumshields in the mouth, and bandaging on the hands while training. No problems for anyone which is a result.
Next Friday is pad work night followed by a measure up, for some boxing gear. Looking forward to it already….
